Fexidoor heavy duty swing doors provide a functional separation between two rooms through which personnel and vehicles can pass without stopping by simply pushing open the door. These doors are used in industrial and commercial buildings
Specification / construction
Flexidoor heavy duty swing doors can be provided in a single or doubleleaf version for various mounting configurations. The doors consist of a steel frame of tube and clampstrips (gallows construction). There is a choice of door panel in rubber or flexible PVC in various thicknesses, qualities, colours and with dliferent vision options.The upper pivots are fitted with a ball bearing the lower with a ball collar thrust bearing (or swivel bearing) The doors are self-closing by means of an externally adjustable torsion spring mechanism, which is placed in the upper part of the vertical tube so as to be fully protected against impact and dust.

Construction
Door paneis
- traparent or reinforced transparent PVC, thickness 7 or 10 mm
- wear-resistant black rubber, thicknesses amd 8 mm, with inlays
- ivory, black, grey,red or brown PVC, ihickness 7 or 10 mm
Widows
- vision panel at a height of 1250+1750 mm from the floor
- welded in PVC windows, 700x700 mm, 300x500 mm
- port holes with safety glass or acrylic glass.
Finish
Structural parts are hot galvanized but can also be sprayed in colour (RAL colour) as desired.Stainless steel constructions are acid etched and can be bead blasted if required.

From pass door size to about 35 m. Larger dimensions on required.
Operation
The vehicle pushes the door open, will be closed automatically again by the torsion mechanism.
